The transformation of the former Imperial Ottoman Bank—originally designed by Alexandre Vallaury in 1892—reimagines the historical structure as a contemporary cultural institution. The project preserves the building’s neoclassical and orientalist façades while introducing new steel and glass interventions that articulate the dialogue between past and present.
